Not sure if you know this, but I took a leap of faith recently and left a company I had helped launch and build globally for 10 years. The decision was not easy, however after feeling misaligned with changes I knew it was time to find a new home for my business. I would be lying to say it was an easy walking away from a career level income and a global organization. It felt scary, but as a women of faith I knew when I found in my new company, well it checked all the boxes and a bit more!

As a business coach in the Industry since 2011 I had been exposed to different Business models, products, compensation plans and programs but if I am being honest, there are specific reasons that I chose the company I’m with and here’s why:
I knew I wanted to build my own business without missing out on my mom life raising my seven kids. I saw the power of the internet and knew social selling was going to be a game changer for the industry.
